A consultation does not guarantee eligibility, issuance of a visa, or a particular decision. Applicable taxes, cancellation and refund terms must be clearly displayed by the configured booking provider.

Choose an open 30-minute appointment on Aravana’s Google Calendar. The office will assign the RCIC. Google Meet and payment depend on the settings of the actual calendar booking page; our office will confirm the consultation agreement before the meeting.
Booking is handled on Google Calendar. Please confirm any payment request and your Google Meet invitation during booking. If the calendar does not request payment, your appointment is not automatically paid; our office will arrange the required payment and consultation agreement before the meeting.
