The free immigration pre-screening form generates preliminary pathway information inside your browser. When the assessment email service is operational, your answers and typed signature are sent to authorized Aravana Immigration intake staff at sales@aravanaemp.com through the configured email provider. The webpage reports whether delivery was accepted by the service. Email is not an end-to-end encrypted client portal. A delivery receipt does not guarantee staff have reviewed your case.

Information entered may include country of citizenship, immigration goals, employment and education, immigration history and free-text comments. Avoid providing detailed sensitive records or document numbers in this preliminary tool. Aravana uses the information for preliminary intake review and contacting you about your inquiry, subject to applicable law. Do not enter document numbers or detailed highly sensitive records.

Booking a consultation is a separate step on Google Calendar, which may collect your name, email and booking information under its own terms; payments, if enabled, are handled by Stripe under its applicable terms. This assessment is not a professional consultation or an agreement to represent you.

Where Aravana later collects personal information through a separately configured secure service, it must communicate its purposes and retention practices, restrict access to authorized personnel, use appropriate safeguards, and follow applicable privacy law.
